Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Photos, if the item arrived damaged
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For large furniture, we can offer some white glove or business delivery services to use for shipment.
Large Furniture Items
All large furniture items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds for these items are subject to inspection upon return.
A restocking fee of up to 5% may be applied for returned large items.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in unused, resellable condition.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged upon arrival at our facility may be subject to partial refund or denial.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@varnishcollection.com with clear photos of the damage.
While we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, we will do everything we can to assist you with the carrier’s damage claim process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
