We allow 30 days from delivery date to return our products for a full refund.

You must ship items back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will inspect the product and refund you minus a 3-5% restocking fee. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note that we will not refund the product due to damages made while in possession of the product or during shipment back to Varnish Collection. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Quotes

Some of our items require a custom shipping quote. If you did not get charged for shipping at checkout, you will receive a shipping quote within 48 hours of your order. Once confirmed, we will move forward with your shipment. If you do not want to move forward with the purchase after quote, we are happy to give you a full refund for your order BEFORE shipping.
