Shipping
Shipping is invoiced separately at time of delivery. If you would like to request a shipping quote prior to purchasing, please reach out to hellovarnishcollection@gmail.com. We use a third party white glove shipping service for our larger furniture items to ensure safe delivery. Expect 4-8 weeks for delivery time.
This piece is meant for indoor use or covered outdoor areas. To clean, vacuum regularly or mist with water and let air dry.
We allow 30 days from delivery date to return our products for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@varnishcollection.gmail.com
You must ship items back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will inspect the product and refund you minus a 3-5% restocking fee. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note that we will not refund the product due to damages made while in possession of the product or during shipment back to Varnish Collection. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
